Arsenio is a corporate and finance legal practitioner, with experience in project finance, energy law, environmental law, and business and human rights. He has represented a range of clients, including start-ups, private companies, and public companies, in various corporate matters. Arsenio’s recent work is focused on the intersection between business, human rights and environment. His practice is based on the belief that companies have a role to play in reducing the human rights impacts of business operations, improving the environment and dealing with climate change. He is currently researching new technologies and platforms that will help companies achieve this goal. He earned his L.LM in International Law and Finance from Harvard Law School, an LL.M in Natural Resources and Environmental Law from the University of Oregon, and his LL.B from the Eduardo Mondlane University in Mozambique.
